Janet L. Kivell
Janet has recently completed the requirements to become a certified manager of community associations (CMCA) through the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). She worked for 5 years in the rental housing industry in Virginia and Michigan as a resident manager and a leasing agent.
Prior to Janet’s move back to her home state of Michigan from Minnesota, she had over 20 years of bookkeeping/office management experience in fields as varied as corporations, restaurants, furniture manufacturing, and a residential hospice care facility. Janet has extensive background in payroll, accounts receivables and payables, and general ledger. She has also worked closely with non-profit boards and their fundraising efforts.
